Tomas Amare

Tomas is a self taught film photographer, based at Make Space Studios in Waterloo where he built his own dark room and photo studio.

Developing film and seeing an image appearing during processing is a feeling of discovery, not knowing before hand the outcome of the image taken is very exciting.

He is currently exploring techniques to merge film and digital photography.

Tomas says, his intention is to capture the moment, the beauty of nature, people and environment that goes unnoticed.

He attended Central St. Martin in London studying Art Foundation.

He is a Curator and Gallery Technician for The Artists' Pool

Tomas is currently involved with few collaborative projects and have taken a break from exhibiting his photography.
