Marianne Frank
Marianne moved to England from Denmark to obtain her degree in Theatre design. She has lived and worked in England for the majority of her adult life.
Marianne mainly paints in oil, though it is the message rather than the medium that is the pivotal point of her work. She focuses on studies of human behaviour and emotions as they unfold in response to society, morals and social interacting.
Marianne brings the emotions in her work to the surface. She finds that social and emotional life experiences help generate ideas, reveal feelings in us all, and help to raise awareness. She portrays many aspects of everyday life and its fragility.
